Hotel Maya International

It's a budget friendly room, and for decent money you get a decent room, but there's a lot to improve. For a place with “international” in the name, nothing felt international. There's no intercom, so you have to call reception from your mobile or go outside and shout down to them. Jio wifi was available, though I didn't try it. Food was reasonably priced, and ordering from Swiggy, zomato, or blinkit is possible. We booked one room online and uploaded a video of it, then changed to a better room after arriving. I didn't take a video or photo of that one. They don't provide a toothbrush or toilet paper, and there's no hot water kettle.

I didn't feel comfortable or safe in the room. The lock wasn't working properly, the bathroom facilities didn't work, and the sink was broken. The mattress cover and pillows were really dirty. When I brought it all up, staff were rude and unhelpful.

The property is large, in a good location, and listed as a 3* hotel, but the rooms are badly maintained. The bathroom and toilet were absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your money here.

Our stay was terrible and not worth the price. The room and bathroom weren't clean, and the service was very poor. Staff were rude, didn't help us, ignored our complaints and requests, and left the problems unresolved. A very bad experience.
