Hotel Om Palace Ajmer Road

The Superior Room didn’t feel worth the price, and its condition made for a very uncomfortable stay. The TV wouldn’t work, and the fridge was dirty and poorly kept. In the bathroom, the toilet leaked, the paper roll had visible mold, and basic fixtures were broken. The towels were either missing or in awful shape. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty too, and the used kettle smelled bad and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. For a room called “Superior,” cleanliness and maintenance were far below an acceptable standard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless those basics improve.

The restaurant service felt unfair, with different guests getting different kinds and quality of food. In the room, the jet spray didn’t work properly, and flushing sent water across the bathroom floor. Housekeeping was poor as well: the room wasn’t properly cleaned, the sheets and towels weren’t changed, and requests to attend to the room went unanswered. When we reported problems, staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The place needs basic repairs, cleanliness, and respectful service. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Really good room service and food from om palace hotel near ajmerr road 200 feet road.

Water could take the whole day to arrive after you ask for it, and rooms stay dusty unless you keep requesting cleaning. The service is third class. There aren’t even beds or cupboards in the rooms, and the bathrooms are shared between two rooms instead of being attached. Worst hotel stay I’ve had. Please see the room bed photo I’m going to share.
