Housekeeping kept my room spotless every day, with great attention to hygiene and detail, which made me very comfortable. I’d especially like to thank that team, and thank mr Ajit as well. The property was well maintained, and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. An enjoyable stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The restaurant team served with a smile and did a very good job. Breakfast choices were limited because low occupancy meant there was no buffet, but the a la carte food was fresh and tasty. Swapna & Varsha deserve special mention. Staff overall were extremely helpful and tried their best to meet our needs. There was a laundry mix-up during my official trip: I dropped off my luggage and laundry on the way to work, but reception forgot to submit the laundry. When I returned, the evening team was courteous and got it done and delivered within the next three hours. The property is old and has recently been engaged with Marriott, and it still has a long way to go to match Marriott’s service and quality standards. The pool was a major downside, very dirty and filthy with pigeon feathers, and still wasn’t cleaned after I mentioned it at reception the day before. The room pillows were very thick and extremely uncomfortable, and the washrooms were missing toilet rolls.

We were there for a wedding and enjoyed our weekend overall. Our room had a very good size and a green view from the balcony, and the room cleaning was good. There are multiple banquet halls and a meeting hall, and there’s a swimming pool and tables and other games on my floor. They also provide golf cart service to elderly guests. Staff maniger and housekeeper Nageer sir behaved well. I’d recommend staying here.

This was one of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. Management under Mr. Dhara was extremely poor and unprofessional, with no coordination or accountability and no respect for guests. Sandeep was especially rude and seemed to lack basic communication skills. Our room was also cleaned without permission, a serious invasion of privacy. The service was just as bad. I ordered a dosa before 10:30, but at 10:45 I was casually told the kitchen was closed, which showed poor coordination. When booking, I clearly said the party would go until 1:30, yet the DJ was shut down at 12 without warning. It ruined the event and showed disregard for what had been agreed. The whole experience was frustrating, badly managed, and not worth the time or money. Serious action and immediate improvements are needed.
