I stayed in room 508 from 23 Dec to 26 Dec 2025, and the bathroom was awful, the bed was horrible, and there were so many cockroaches. The hotel's online photos don't match the place at all, not even 1%. They felt like a trap. I booked through makemytrip and couldn't get my money back, otherwise I would have left after checking in. Please post real photos instead of faking things and doing fraud. After staying here, OYO's name has fallen for me.

The staff were very helpful and their behaviour was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were spotless, modern and quiet, a nice break from the city. The service was impeccable, and the whole stay felt comfortable and efficient. I'd recommend it to other travelers.

The staff are friendly, and both the rooms and location are good. You can have outside food, but you need to collect it at the gate since delivery people aren't allowed in. A good experience for a day or two.

Horrible place, the worst I've ever visited. The manager's behaviour was -10. It felt like a horror place.

The location is great, and the rooms could be good value for money if they were clean. Mine was room 511, next to a liquor shop. The bedsheets were grey and the towels had blood stains. I had to buy pesticides to protect my clothes from swarms of cockroaches. They never wash the quilts, just roll them up and leave them in the cupboard when guests leave.
