The rooms weren't well maintained. The blankets were as thin as train blankets, and they wouldn't provide extra mattresses when we asked.

It feels like home and works well for a long stay. The staff showed very good dedication.

Room cleaning became a repeated letdown. We asked several times during our stay and were told someone would come soon, but nobody ever showed up. The room service was impressively disappointing in its inaction. If you stay longer than a day, bring your own broom and mop.
