The bathroom leaked, and the bed smelled unpleasant, which made hygiene and sleep a problem. The window looked out onto a pathetic sight. There wasn’t even a small table for my things, nor an electric kettle or welcome tea. Room service didn’t come until after 3 days, which is unacceptable. The whole stay at Hotel VIP Continental fell far below basic hospitality standards. The price and claims aren’t justified, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, or timely service.

It was so noisy that getting a decent night’s sleep was difficult. The building is old and clearly not well maintained, and the rooms feel unclean, with outdated furniture and poor lighting. They’re wildly overpriced for what you get. I regret choosing this place and wouldn’t recommend it. Look elsewhere.

My husband, our 13 year old son, and I went on vacation for just one day. We asked for an extra blanket and only got it after calling and requesting it 5 to 6 times. It was extremely dirty. The rooms felt very average for the price, and the service was very average too. Not a good stay overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
