The room clearly hadn’t been checked properly before it was assigned. Staff said they didn’t know about the washroom problems, which points to poor maintenance. The hand jet was leaking badly, the shower didn’t work at all, and there was no bucket and mug as an alternative. I was there with my family and child, and even bathing was a struggle. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional throughout. She wouldn’t give me the manager’s contact details. Late at night, she offered us a different room with separate beds, which made no sense for me and my family. At one point she shouted, “We’ll open another room, go and bathe there,” telling us to use another room’s washroom. That was completely inappropriate and insensitive. There was no empathy or professionalism, and the basic facilities were terrible. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially to families.

The hotel was clean throughout, and the staff were extremely polite and courteous. We had a wonderful stay at Viceroy Boutique Hotel during the wedding celebrations on 10th and 11th March. It was easy to get around thanks to the airport being close by. The rooms were comfortable and had modern amenities, and the breakfast spread was impressive. A delightful, hassle-free experience! ✨ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

The restaurant is the best part, with delicious food served with care. Mr. Kaushik does a great job serving and managing it. The rooms are cozy and maintained, though some are small. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I recommend it if you want to feel at home.
