The property itself was good, but the staff behaved very badly. The manager was rude and didn't know how to speak to guests, and seemed to take the job for granted, with little concern for visitors. Breakfast was included in the rate, but there was no choice offered. Nobody asked what I wanted, they just brought roti with sabji whether I liked it or not.

The location was perfect and the service was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the damp room.

2/10
The location was nice, but the facilities were horrible and cleanliness was very poor. The geyser and TV didn't work, and attendance was poor.

2/10
It may look good in the photos, but the room was dusty all over and basic etiquette was lacking. Room service was pathetic, and even after I asked, the geysers still weren't working.

Service was completely unprofessional, cleanliness wasn't up to the mark, and the breakfast was the worst. A very bad experience, 0/10.
