Insects and pests everywhere, and the place felt dirty and unhygienic. The staff were rude too. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Never book a room here.

The price was affordable for the area, and it’s a 2 star hotel, so keep that in mind. There was hot water and internet. I travelled alone as a woman and felt safe the whole time. The staff were all men, but they were polite and respectful. They helped with my requests when I was on crutches and needed medicine, and kept my luggage after checkout. We even had a nice chat over chai and biscuits.
We weren’t given towels or bedsheets. He said he’d move us to another room, then kept asking for 50% more money and giving fake excuses. When I asked for a complimentary water bottle, he rudely said that’s what you get for taking a room for 2000rs. Don’t expect free water here.
The bathroom and room were awful, and the staff weren’t good with customers. They charged 40rs for two chai in 10rs cups, and 200 for a chicken thali I’d bought near the hotel for 160. Two people were even quoted different food prices. I stayed one day and checked out at 9, though checkout was at 12. People should avoid this hotel.
It’s walkable from the railway station, which is the only real plus. The rooms are small and untidy, and the staff are just OK, with no particularly welcoming atmosphere. There’s also a narrow staircase to climb with your luggage. I’d only suggest it for a short stay if you’re carrying little.
