The lake view is clear and beautiful, and the staff are all helpful. We spent one night with family and had a good experience. The location is good and the room was good too, though the quality was just okay, the lighting was dim, and the toilet could be cleaner. There’s no restaurant attached, but there is one two buildings away. The room rate seems fair for the location. It could use a bit more cleanliness.
I don’t think I could have booked a better hotel for this location. The rooms and their upkeep are very good, and the service is prompt too.
The location is very good. The only problem is that the hotel has no dine-in facility.
The rooms were standard, nothing special, and there’s no elevator despite the hotel having 7 floors. Hotels in front block the view. They put us on the 6th floor, but when we checked out the staff wouldn’t help bring down our luggage. There’s a restaurant beneath the hotel, and they kept pestering us to eat there. It’s very unprofessional, too: they made us wait over an hour just to prepare breakfast. Don’t book a room with breakfast included, and speak to the hotel before booking to check whether a lower floor room is available.
We got a room in their newly constructed building. It was spacious, the bed was clean, and the balcony looked out directly at the lake and hills. The floor was a little dusty since it hadn’t been wiped. The beds are somewhat small for two people each, but that’s fine. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the main tubelight. Even so, it would have been perfect with a bathroom mat and a dustbin.
