Hotel Paradise

There’s no proper road to reach this property, and there was nobody around at night or early in the morning. My room was dirty, with a broken basin and a shower and tap that leaked. Mosquitoes were in the room, cleaning wasn’t done, and there were also water problems with the tank. One of the worst places I’ve stayed.

The owner kept calling to ask for money, but didn’t respond when we called about fixing the cooler or Wi-Fi. Food was another problem: portions were tiny, and when we asked for more sabji or daal, the answer was rudely, “Itne me to itna hi milega.” We weren’t even allowed to use their kitchen to warm milk, and the kitchen was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Nearby stores are lacking, the locality is poor, there’s nowhere pleasant to walk in the evening, and it didn’t feel safe at night. There are no proper roads to the PG either. The rooms and washrooms were miserable, dirty, and unhygienic. Centipedes wandered in the washroom, windows were broken, and the almiras were filthy and rusty with broken locks. Bedsheets and doors were dirty. The cooler didn’t work, and they still hadn’t repaired it after three days of complaints. When we were leaving, they blamed us for damaging it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either. When I asked for proper room cleaning, the owner was rude on the phone. I meant to stay for a month, but the PG’s awful condition made me leave. Even Dharamshala is better. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This place isn’t a hotel at all, it’s a PG that feels like a haunted building. It felt like the worst decision of my life.

This is the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. It doesn’t even look like a hotel. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were broken, and there was no room service. Just a waste of money, more like a dharamshala, though even those are better. Please check before staying here.
