Our room at Bansiya Palace in Jaipur wasn’t ready until 10 AM, even though we’d registered for check-in at 9. The next morning, though, the owner demanded we leave by 9 and gave us only five minutes before charging for another day. He was aggressive and rude, much like the staff, who were also unprofessional. We were shown a few rooms and picked one, but then they refused to give it to us. Every room we saw was dirty: dusty furniture, unclean floors, and bathrooms that looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. This place fell short on basic cleanliness and hospitality, and I strongly advise against booking it. There are much better Jaipur options that treat guests well and keep things hygienic.

Room 206 was a disaster. There were cockroaches, and the room was filthy. The geyser had electrical problems, while the bathroom jet spray didn’t work and the flush was broken. Even the basic amenities were substandard. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had.

The bathrooms were filthy across the rooms, with broken taps and unreliable water supply, and the rooms weren’t clean either. Nobody should stay at OYO Flagship Hotel Bansiya. Worst hotel in Jaipur.

Unhygienic room, dirty bathroom, and the way they speak to customers is awful. A really bad experience.

The rooms are very cheap, but this hotel charges the highest rates compared with others.
