Hotel RG Palace Jaipur

We were five people and had booked two rooms, paying in advance five days beforehand. At the time, nobody mentioned an extra charge. We had originally asked for four rooms, then cancelled two that same morning. When we arrived, he demanded another Rs. 500 for the third person. We showed him the WhatsApp chat, but he refused to accept what had been agreed. In the end we paid, because he wouldn’t cancel the rooms and return our advance. He acted like a shameless liar. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooftop view of Amer Fort was fantastic, and I enjoyed the good food and helpful amenities at Hotel R.G.Palace. The staff were good too. I’d love to come back and spend a few more lovely hours here. Goodbye.

When I booked through Oyo or another app, they refused to let me check in. They offered a different room at a higher price, while Oyo had already deducted the payment. The hotel then reported that the customer had declined the room, so there was no refund from them. Their behavior was bad as well.

There was packaged drinking water in the room when we checked in, but later someone from reception collected all the bottles. When I asked, he said they’d refill an empty packaged-water bottle with RO water instead. We also had no hot water even after 30 minutes. Please don’t book here.
