The bathroom left a poor impression. Our Deluxe Room had a bathtub used as a standing shower, and there were visible stains around the tub and shower. Check-in was the other disappointment: after the long trip from Agra, we arrived around 4:30 PM expecting a warm, easy arrival. The front desk executive seemed uninterested, didn't come across as welcoming, and didn't have our MakeMyTrip package booking details readily available. That made check-in unnecessarily slow and unpleasant. A welcome drink would also have been a thoughtful gesture after the journey. First impressions matter, and this one fell short. We stayed two nights, June 2 to June 4, in a Deluxe Room at Sarovar Portico as part of a MakeMyTrip holiday package. The room was spacious and comfortable, facilities were good, and most staff we met were courteous and helpful. We still enjoyed the stay, and better front desk hospitality and bathroom upkeep would make the experience much better.

The food was good in both taste and quality, and the location was a little confusing to find. The hotel staff guided us after we called. The room wasn't very luxurious, and although we'd booked online, we were initially given a different room. We spoke with the staff and manager, then got the room we'd booked, but it took some time. Still, the overall experience was nice.

Ms Niharika was especially helpful while we were there. The service was good, the food was great, and I loved the well-balanced interior design. It was an amazing stay, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The service was very fast, and the reception team, housekeeping staff, and guards all behaved well. We were visiting Jaipur from Ahmedabad and stayed two days at V Sarovar Portico, MI Road, Jaipur. The room was wonderful, the bathrooms were clean, and the ambiance was excellent. Thanks to V Sarovar Portico for the wonderful hospitality.

The hotel is inside the city center and has good parking. Breakfast was very nice, with staff serving the food. There was a live tea maker, Mr Saurabh Joshi, and other staff helped us get food for the child. They arranged an extra mattress after several requests, even though it was out of stock, but in the end they could arrange only a single bed. Overall, a good stay. The price range is too high, though. Given the rooms and facilities, it shouldn't be more than 5000 per night.
