There was hardly any parking on the hotel premises, and there isn't a hotel restaurant. The lift was very slow, the room lighting was dim, and we had electricity problems. The bathroom leaked, and although we complained, nobody fixed it.

My stay here was stressful rather than relaxing, and the information on MakeMyTrip was misleading. Several listed amenities were missing or unusable: there was no Wi-Fi, parking, air purifier, balcony, or hot water. The swimming pool was reserved for private parties both mornings and evenings, so guests couldn't use it. The room wasn't cleaned well and had poor lighting. The restaurant wasn't operating, the TV didn't work at all, and the AC didn't cool properly. Food came from outside, arrived cold after more than an hour, and the breakfast order wasn't served until close to lunchtime. The food quality was poor, and there were frequent power problems. The lift was out of service too. We weren't given complimentary drinking water and had to buy bottled water at reception. The maintenance staff were overburdened and couldn't replace the dirty, foul-smelling sheets. For the price charged, the property failed to provide even basic hospitality. A well-maintained guest house or dharamshala would have been a better choice for peace of mind.

A few members of the staff were pleasant, though others came across as quite rude. The hotel is out on the edge of the city, and getting upstairs means using the stairs since there’s no lift. Paying was inconvenient for me because they don’t take cards. The food they serve also needs improvement.
