The meals were fresh and well balanced, good for crew members wanting something light but satisfying. Transport was punctual and well coordinated too. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to what the crew needed. Flexible meal times, quick help, and their understanding of aviation schedules made us feel looked after. After long duty hours, check-in was smooth and organized. The rooms were quiet, spotless, and very comfortable, with blackout curtains, comfortable bedding, and a peaceful feel that helped us rest between flights. Housekeeping was excellent and consistent. For cabin crew, comfort, rest, and efficiency matter most, and this hotel delivered. A highly recommended layover property. I'd happily stay again on future trips. The food was excellent, with authentic flavor and great quality. Anisha looked after us with such warmth and care that the meal felt like being at home. Her friendly manner, professionalism, and attention to customer satisfaction made it memorable. Highly recommended. We look forward to coming back!

We booked a premium room on the 19th floor at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur ( Tonk Road ) for a weekend wedding, and enjoyed the lovely window view. The hotel was about 10 minutes from Jaipur international Airport and close to Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantar Mantar, which made it a handy base for flying in and exploring the city. Room service arrived on time, well packed and hot, with enough food for two. Vista 20, the all day dining restaurant and bar, had plenty of indoor seating, a broad Ala carte menu, and a lavish buffet. The breakfast buffet was really good. We also liked seeing a mix of business and leisure travellers. Cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality were up to the Marriott standard. The Market beside reception had daily essentials, quick bites, and chocolates. There was a gym and banquet halls, though we didn't use them. The location, warm service, good food, modern comforts, and polite staff made for a lovely stay.

A new property with fantastic views from its higher floors. The rooms were ultra clean and nicely done, and I liked the coffee shop too. It felt like one of the most sophisticated married properties I've seen. The location is beside the convention area but still convenient. I also used the health center and liked it. My first stay here was a wonderful one.
