OYO 10345 Hotel Palm's

If you only need somewhere to sleep for the night, it may be okay. The service was very poor, though. I called at 22:23 to order a milkshake and was told the restaurant had closed at 22:20, even though they list 22:30 as the closing time. I was just three minutes late. They certainly stick to their timing.

They accepted my OYO booking four days ahead, and hotel staff even called the day before to confirm my arrival. But when I got there, they said they could see the reservation in their OYO system and were fully booked, then told me to cancel in the app and find somewhere else. Another family had arrived before me with the same problem. If there are no rooms, they shouldn't accept bookings through the OYO App. This hotel gave my tour a really bad start.

I booked a room online, but they gave the rooms to other people and then didn't respond for 14 hours. This was a terrible hotel experience. They just mess customers around.

Is there a negative rating option? Please don't stay here, even by mistake, or you may end up having to stay in a "DHARMSALA." Ask for anything and the answer is "NO." I'm giving one star only because I can't post a review without stars.
