The staff were rude and the service was awful. People in the hostel area even said this was a bad place to get anything served. I’d tell others not to waste their time staying here or trying to enjoy anything. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is set away from the city's busy areas, yet it's only about 10 minutes from Jaipur Central Bus Station and the railway station. I found the staff helpful and courteous, and the rooms and toilets were clean and nicely decorated. The food was tasty, and having a restaurant on site was handy when we didn't want to go out at night. They also kept our luggage for free, which was convenient. One thing to note: Oyo Rooms has taken the property on lease and is making it an Oyo Townhouse.

I was there for two days with relatives, and we had booked more than 20 rooms. The service was very poor. Some rooms didn't even have a basic mirror, the bathroom tap was broken or not working, towels were dirty, and reception didn't answer calls. I wouldn't book even one room here.

The palace is in a peaceful area, so going there was a pleasure. It's a good place to stay overnight, with facilities including better quality food and other things. If you get the chance, visit this palace once.
