The location is convenient, and the staff were quite okay. The towel I got wasn't clean, and fumes from the solvents used by the printing press on the ground floor were noticeable. The TV worked only some of the time. I ordered a five-course breakfast, but it didn't taste great, so I wasn't impressed with the food overall.

After I booked through goibibo, the hotel first refused to let me check in. They changed their minds only after I complained to goibibo, then reception called to say I'd have to pay an extra amount to stay. The staff were very rude, with hidden charges for nothing. It felt like a fraud and a way to loot customers.

The reception staff were very kind, and everything else was okay for the price. The food was the problem, it really wasn't very good.

The rooms are good quality, but breakfast is just tea and buttered toast.
