I’d be happy to choose this hotel again on a future visit. The rooms are clean and reasonably good, and the staff are supportive. I also found them trustworthy about advance booking fees, and they agreed to the same rate listed on the OYO website.

The stay was uncomfortable because the service fell short of basic expectations and the hygiene wasn’t up to standard. Staff were unprofessional, and the service was poor overall. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and service.
