After a long journey with my family and child, we had a very inconvenient arrival at around 3:00 AM. I'd called the receptionist before reaching the hotel to check availability and was promised a price better than the online rate. At the hotel, management insisted on a much higher price and spoke very rudely. That was extremely unprofessional, especially at that hour with a child along. The room was average and not worth what we paid, and the bedsheets and other amenities weren't clean or hygienic. The tea we ordered was poor, and room service was delayed and improper. I'm disappointed with the stay and ask you to look into this, take appropriate action, and offer a fair resolution or compensation. I look forward to your response.

The hotel looks nothing like the images on various websites, and the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I wish I could give a negative rating for the service. I'm attaching photos of the actual building and room. Please don't consider booking this hotel. Worst experience ever.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the room was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful, and the service was good. I'd definitely recommend booking a room with breakfast included for a better experience.

A budget stay with clean facilities, great service, and a lift. The rooms were great, and the hotel was very nice. It's easy to get around from here, close to World Trade Park and other city attractions.

We didn't even get basic food or a chilled water bottle, and the room and kitchen service was really poor. Staff seemed least bothered, and they didn't serve the welcome drink either. The rooms and washrooms weren't properly clean.
