Collection O 30047 Signature Inn

Parking was a constant problem, with my car getting stuck between other vehicles every time. Cleaning was poor too. Cockroaches were near the AC and in the bathroom and toilet, and nobody came to clean the room daily, so I had to ask reception each time. They didn’t provide towels, soap, or toilet paper. The drinking water was just plain water and wasn’t cold. A very pathetic experience, with terrible service.

The rooms are on the small side, but they were tidy, and the washrooms were clean. I was impressed overall, especially by the friendly staff and the good quality toiletries. The location is easy to reach. Breakfast didn’t have much variety, though the quality felt fair for the price. For under 1,000 bucks a night, it’s a pretty good deal.

The staff were cooperative and excellent, and room service was prompt. We had a comfortable two-day stay in December 2019. The room was spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and came with clean linen and a clean toilet. The hotel is in a posh area, with a market nearby and a wide road around it. We enjoyed our stay and recommend others try it for themselves.

It’s in a prime location, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Staff are very lazy, and the price goes up every time you visit. They don’t clean the room the next day, and there’s no kitchen service. If anything is available, it’s only tea during certain hours.
