Lokesh Singh deserves a special thank you for all his help and support. He made an already great stay even better. The staff were polite and very cooperative throughout, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The whole place had a comfortable feel. Highly recommended!

The check-in went smoothly thanks to Shadap at reception, who was friendly, helpful, and polite. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay, with clean rooms and a convenient base for seeing Jaipur. Good service.

The only real plus for us was the location. We were there for 3 days, and the room never cooled down because the AC didn’t work at all. It was so hot that I took several baths just to stay comfortable. The shower was broken, and they only gave us a bucket after I complained. The flush handle came off while flushing. There was no toilet roll, and shampoo or body wash was only provided if requested. The mini fridge didn’t work either. They supplied just one 500ml bottle per day, which is very little in Rajasthan’s heat. When we bought more from them, they charged GST on top of MRP, though I’m not sure whether that’s even legal. The wooden floor squeaked with every step, felt sticky in the corners, and needed a deep clean. The bathroom mirror always looked dirty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The hotel seems to have been built nicely, but it hasn’t been maintained. Maybe we got this treatment because we booked online; perhaps they give better rooms to people who book offline.
