The Mumbai police arrived about twenty minutes after I called and warned the hotel owner there could be a case if he didn’t accommodate me again. He did, but only after that intervention. I’d first asked him peacefully to sort it out with fab, and he refused to take responsibility. When I got there around 10 pm, after they’d taken my money, they claimed they hadn’t received the booking and told me to call fab hotels. Why did it take the police to get this resolved?

The bathroom was clean, and I found the room roomy, with specific features and a comfortable bed. It seems good value for budget, mid-range, or luxury travellers. I’d recommend it to others, particularly business travellers and families.

A quiet, peaceful place, with fresh, cozy, beautiful rooms that feel properly boutique and look aesthetic. The staff were kind and generous, especially Mr Abdur bhai. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, I’d say this hotel is a must.

The room was cramped, and the breakfast was limited and not fresh. The room shown in the booking photos wasn’t available when I checked in. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
