There's plenty of space to walk around, and the surroundings are green. It felt like a home away from home in a prime spot in the heart of Jaipur. The rooms have all modern facilities, cleanliness is superb, and the staff are cooperative and well behaved.

Whenever we asked for help, they were eager to assist, and we had a happy stay. It's a peaceful place, with very clean, well-maintained rooms and a bathroom equipped with a geyser.

We paid an advance and booked a month ahead. Two days before check-in, we called to confirm the details, and everything seemed fine. But after reaching Jaipur on check-in morning, we called the staff and were told the hotel was full. They acted as if they had no record of our booking at all. We were left with nowhere to stay in a new city, which was extremely stressful and difficult. The way they handled it was completely unprofessional, with no responsibility taken. Very bad experience, and I would never recommend this hotel.

The manager was humble and caring, and gave us advice on good places to eat and visit around Rajasthan. We had a wonderful, safe and relaxing stay, with a homely feel, helpful and cooperative staff, and good food. I'd definitely recommend this place to people I know. Best stay in Jaipur.

The hotel was very hygienic, but getting in touch with reception at 11 PM took a call because nobody was there. It's hard to find, set back from the road without clear directions. One room's A/C wasn't working, and another had no fan. They gave us water in a jar rather than a sealed bottle.
