The staff were polite, the beds were clean, and I felt safe there with my family. The location was good, making it easy to reach and explore the city. But the rooms were smaller than I expected, and the AC barely cooled. Service was poor too: I called several times for an extra bed, which finally arrived at night.

Polo Inn & Suites was a pleasant place to stay in Jaipur, with clean, comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff. The service was good, and the location made it convenient to visit nearby tourist attractions. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious, nicely kept, and very pleasant. The location is a big plus too, with Raj Mandir only about 50 meters away and other sights nearby. I liked staying here and would recommend it to visitors exploring Jaipur.

We were really comfortable in our clean room, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were so friendly and made sure we had what we needed, going well out of their way to help. Loved our stay and would happily recommend it. Best wishes to GM Mr Vineet Mishra and the team! 👏 5-star service 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 👍🏼💫

We spent three nights here with family. The hotel has a spa, rooftop bar, good food, and helpful staff, but the room noise made it hard to rest, even late at night, because we could hear doors from the neighboring rooms. There was only a card lock and no inside latch, which didn't feel safe. It may be fine for bachelors, but I wouldn't choose it for a family looking for comfort and security.
