I spent 3 days here and found the stay relaxing. The staff were always helpful and polite, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to the team for arranging a drop to the bus stand. It was convenient and much appreciated, and their care made my trip smooth and stress-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. I'd recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.

I paid 2500 rs for one night, and the bed was smaller than it looked in the online picture. Two people couldn't fit comfortably. The beds creaked when we sat or moved, one shelf was broken, and there was no AC remote. There wasn't a single towel, soap or water bottle in my room. They charged extra for bottled water, which I think should be a necessity in the room. The blanket wasn't enough for two people, and when we asked for another, they gave us a torn one. The staff were okay and helped when needed, but the hotel has a lot to improve.

The residential surroundings keep things calm and quiet, and the main road is 500m away, with all the shops there. It's great value for a family stay. The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are friendly and very supportive. Keep it up! One suggestion: please provide drinking glasses and bath towels.

We had a pleasant stay in the family room. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the clean room had enough space for 5 to 6 people.
