The bathroom had a leak and the door handles were broken. The room didn't feel clean or hygienic, and I got rashes from the bed. All in all, a disappointing stay.

There wasn't even water in the jug, and the washroom was leaking. No cupboard either. They moved us to another room partway through our stay and shifted our luggage while we were out. The one positive was that staff helped carry the bags from the third floor.

The food was overpriced and tasteless, and there was no Wi-Fi. We also had no hot water in the bathroom. When we complained, they simply said it wouldn't come and we had to adjust. The rooms are cramped and small, and the hotel is far from the main city and market. Service was good, though still not up to the mark. Don't waste your money here.

I couldn't sleep all night because of loud banging, shouting, and conversations outside. The walls are so thin, and no thought seemed to be given to the paying guests. Service was painfully slow, and they didn't provide drinking water or a towel. The rooms themselves were clean, but the location was a mess: Google Maps took us to umling, which isn't where the hotel is. It's actually in Lapalang and wasn't marked on the map. The management had misled us about where it was to get us to check in. I tried not to hold that against them, since we had stumbled across the place by accident and decided to give it a try, but I won't be coming back.
