Hotel The Queens

I checked in on 6 February 2021 and left less than an hour later after complaining to Goibibo, where I had booked. The rooms weren't ready and were dirty, and alcohol bottles were left by the door. The service boy was completely drunk, and there was no manager or other senior person available to help. Goibibo's customer service helped arrange a refund, but I wouldn't trust its hotel rating. It seems fake.

I've stayed at this hotel many times because it's in a peaceful area and good for the price. The staff are very polite. Mr. Sanjay Gupta Sir manages this hotel and The Orion, and he's one of the kindest, most generous people I've met. Speak with him before booking, and he'll arrange things and provide the best facilities he can.

The hotel is called "the queen," but the room was nothing like I expected for what they charge. The walls and switches weren't clean, both ACs were useless and had no switches, and the bathroom shower didn't work. The toilet seat was broken, there was no handwash, the TV remote was missing, and the bedsheets and pillows were awful. The door lock was in bad shape and didn't work. This place completely ruined my mood.

Disgusting place. The room and sheets were filthy, and the staff were cheap and poor. The room felt like an unclean railway platform. I wouldn't stay here even if they gave it to me for free.
