Hotel White Plazo

The front-desk staff were rude and dismissive throughout my stay. When I asked twice for basic help, once for information and once for an extra towel, they sounded impatient and unhelpful, as if I were inconveniencing them. Towels and toiletries also weren’t replenished unless I reminded someone, and even then it seemed like a hassle. Housekeeping skipped whole days, and when they did come, they were hurried and careless. They didn’t clean thoroughly or ask if I needed anything else. The room felt damp and stale, and was far below basic comfort and cleanliness. It was badly dated, with stained, threadbare carpets and scratched, peeling walls. Furniture was falling apart too: drawers that wouldn’t shut, a squeaky bed frame, and a nightstand made of rotten wood. This place feels frozen in time, from the decaying furniture and neglected cleaning to the cold, unprofessional service. It doesn’t even meet what I’d expect from a budget hotel. Unless you’re fine with dodging broken furniture and putting up with rude interactions, I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The rooms were dirty and badly managed, and the hotel didn’t live up to its commitments. I went with my family, but it felt like they made no effort to help us. Inside, the room was covered in dust. Outside, there was a display of used utensils and smoke ashes. The staff were terrible, especially the front-desk guys, who I found untrustworthy. I called the higher staff multiple times, but they never showed up. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, and they seriously need to improve customer satisfaction and delight. They wouldn't give us a room key unless we paid an extra ₹500, so otherwise we had to leave the room unlocked. There was no bottled water or filter, and each bottle cost ₹30. The towels were already used and the room wasn't clean. This is a starless hotel and the worst I've seen. The hospitality was poor. Please don't book here.

The two rooms we booked came with just one access card between them, which made the stay a hassle. I'm writing this while still here, and I'm really frustrated. The place is awful for anyone who cares about hygiene: the bathroom was worse than a public toilet, the flush didn't work, and the building seems so old that it hasn't been repaired in years. Staff behavior and cleanliness were both terrible. Honestly, I think all the positive reviews are fake. Worst experience, just pathetic.
