The rooftop pool was clean and had great views, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I stayed two nights. Breakfast was an elaborate buffet with good table service for drinks, and both lunch and dinner buffets were excellent. Flexible check-in was a big plus, and the hotel was decent for the price. Rahul worked hard to make sure guests were looked after. The rest of the staff mostly responded only when asked. I'd stay here again if I get the chance.

The buffet breakfasts and dinners were delicious, and the restaurant and management service made meals easy and enjoyable. I also loved the room's design and cleanliness, along with the amenities. As a designer, I appreciated having a little oasis to come back to at the end of the day. I'm an Australian woman traveling alone for business and holiday, and was glad to find the international hotel looked just like it did online. The Hyatt Place staff made the stay feel perfect. Getting Ubers each day was easy, and the cheerful driveway staff helped with bags, getting me into the car, and even finding an umbrella when it rained. Room service was great; app orders were brought to reception for me to collect. I also loved the beautiful pool, rooftop restaurant, and cocktail bar. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Jaipur. Highly recommended.

We had to leave around 7 AM, two hours before the stated 9 AM breakfast time, so the manager and staff arranged a packed breakfast for us without any hassle. It had a great selection, including croissants, sandwiches, and fresh fruit, and was prepared with real care. The hospitality and room service were excellent throughout our stay. I really appreciated the staff's effort and professionalism, and highly recommend the hotel for its service.

We asked several times for laundry bags and were ignored. Extra bedding was another problem: we were told someone would come to arrange it, but nobody did, even after nearly five hours of repeated follow-up. We raised both issues with the duty manager that night, expecting help, but had to face the same struggle again the next morning. The housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. Poor coordination and lack of accountability made the stay frustrating, and the way our requests were disregarded felt unprofessional and below what you'd expect from Hyatt.
