The kids had a great time with the three pet dogs and didn't want to leave. Staying here felt like an experience of its own, and the homemade meals were tasty and reasonably priced. Caretaker Shubham was courteous and helpful, and the bonfire for a small extra charge was a nice bonus. The big lawn and roomy rooms make the place look even better than the photos, and it has a lot of potential. A few basics were missing: no room kettle, heater, thick quilts, RO drinking water, or good toiletries. We had to buy bottled water, and the water supply was cut off on our second night until the following day. Aside from those issues, things were fine. I'd recommend it to families and hope the owners make those improvements.

A good option for a stopover. The rooms are clean and spacious, with attached bathrooms and AC, and there's a huge lawn with plenty of open space. It's in Kanota town, about 15 km outside Jaipur on the Jaipur Agra road, close to the toll plaza on the Jaipur-Bandikui expressway.

The rooms felt spacious and were spotless, so the stay was comfortable and upscale. Kushal Niwas Stay has a lovely heritage look, with architecture and interiors that feel royal and traditional while still offering modern comfort.

A peaceful, clean place with a comfortable feel and warm hospitality. The rooms are looked after well, and the setting works nicely for a relaxing stay, small family events, or wedding guests. I'd happily recommend it for an Airbnb stay in Jaipur.

Shubham bhaiya was always just a call away, so helpful and welcoming. His chai and aloo paratha are worth trying, and he also pointed us toward some good local food. The rooms and shared areas were neat and well cared for, and the whole place felt calm. Khushal Niwas has beautiful interiors with a real royal Rajasthani feel. We loved our stay. Khama Ghani 🙏🫶🏻❤️
