They denied check-in even though I had an online booking through make my trip, and asked me to pay cash. The hotel was overbooked, and several other guests were also turned away. The owner wouldn’t answer calls and left the support staff to deal with it, though they said they were helpless because the hotel was already full. People choose it because it’s close to the airport, and the owner takes undue advantage of that. Unethical staff.

It’s a budget hotel near the airport. The room was good, the toilets were good, and there was plenty of space for luggage.

Even after booking confirmation, they refuse check-in, saying there’s an issue with the low price. Bakwas hotel. Please don’t book this place.

The water problem wasn't fixed promptly, and the service was awful. The manager was very rude and didn't seem concerned when I was charged twice the tariff shown on OYO. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Jaipur. I wouldn't book it.
