Breakfast had a tasty buffet with a good range of options. The rooms were very clean, neat, and well kept, and the staff were humble, polite, and helpful. Bhumi, Rohit, and Prakhas were especially nice. I’d recommend the hotel and would consider booking again on my next visit.

In the evenings, the Rooftop Cafe was a great place for dinner or drinks, with a pleasant atmosphere, cool breeze, and lovely city views. The Multicuisine Restaurant also served excellent food, with lots of choice at breakfast and dinner and quick, courteous service. I had a comfortable stay in a Suite Room at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. It was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with good amenities and prompt housekeeping. After long days of sightseeing, the bed was very comfortable. Their Jaipur Travel Tourism service helped plan my visits, arranged a comfortable SUV, and shared genuine local tips, so exploring Jaipur was hassle-free. The central location, warm and helpful staff, and smooth check-in and check-out were all appreciated. Good value for the facilities, and I’ll stay again soon.

We used the hotel’s meeting hall for a full day for our annual team meeting. It was well equipped and neatly set up, and the staff coordinated things efficiently. Technical arrangements, seating, and refreshments were handled professionally, which let us focus on discussions and presentations. In the evening, the in-house club, NIGHT JAR, was a highlight for team bonding. The atmosphere, music, and service were lively but comfortable, and our international guests especially enjoyed it. Our organization brought 33 members, including 12 international guests, to Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya from February 6th to February 9th for our annual meeting in Jaipur. The hotel met our needs well. Its location made it easy to reach key parts of the city while still offering a calm, professional setting for a corporate group. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with Wi-Fi, workspaces, and comfortable bedding that suited both local and international colleagues. Staff were polite, responsive, and attentive, and handled the group’s needs smoothly. We found the stay comfortable and good value, and would recommend it to teams planning a meeting, conference, or group trip in Jaipur.

Our stay at Grand Chanaya was disastrous. The problems began with the mandatory gala dinner charge. Cleartrip did not clearly disclose the charge, which was ₹8,000 per room, more than the room tariff. It may have been buried in the fine print, but a fee like that should be shown prominently on the booking page. It affected every guest checking in, so this seemed like a systematic issue, not a one-off oversight. Even after we paid what was demanded, check-in was withheld and we waited over two hours, causing stress and inconvenience. After repeated follow-ups, we still weren’t given a GST invoice for the dinner charge. Collecting such a large amount without a proper tax invoice is unacceptable and highly questionable. The gala itself was a joke and not worth even ₹500. The DJ seemed amateurish, the traditional dancers were poorly trained and uncoordinated, and the supposed surprise gifts were paper hats and cheap plastic goggles. They felt insulting rather than festive. Food handling was just as thoughtless. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food was served on the same plates, and turkey was placed right at the start of the buffet, which was very uncomfortable for vegetarian guests. At breakfast they served re-cooked food, and when we asked for fresh food, our request was turned down. The room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for months. There were pigeon feathers and accumulated dirt under the bed, raising serious concerns about housekeeping. The rooms were cramped and claustrophobic, with unusually low ceilings. Furniture was old and damaged, drawers wouldn’t close, bathroom handles were broken, and basic upkeep had clearly been ignored. There was no direct elevator access to our assigned rooms, making it inconvenient, especially for families and elderly guests. Nearly every guest we spoke with had similar complaints, so these problems seemed routine and ongoing. Management made things worse. Mr. Kuldeep Yadav showed no accountability or empathy and made no effort to resolve our concerns. This was by far the most unprofessional hotel manager we’ve encountered. I strongly advise travelers to read the fine print carefully and preferably avoid the property. There are better hotels at this price that treat guests with basic transparency and professionalism.
