Loft 24

The staff made the stay especially enjoyable, always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. We also really liked the fresh, delicious food and how thoughtfully it was presented. The hotel itself was impressive from the moment we arrived, with a modern, stylish interior that felt carefully put together. Everything was very clean, and the attention to hygiene helped us feel comfortable and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed being here and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely come back.

We stayed for one night on our way from Udaipur to Delhi and really enjoyed it. The hotel is pet friendly, and the staff were kind to our pets and supportive in every way. They do charge a nominal amount for your dog to stay. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are very well kept, the service was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the excellent food during our stay. A good place to stay if you're traveling with furry friends.

After a 10-hour drive, the soothing colours and minimalist but nicely done decor were a welcome sight. The room was very clean, with no dirt or skunk anywhere, and the washroom was clean and nicely sanitized. We stayed overnight with family and had a pleasant time. The food was tasty, and the staff were helpful about making it to our requirements. We arrived late, but they still served us even though the kitchen had closed. Thanks to the Manager and team.

We found Loft 24 in Jaipur while looking for a pet-friendly hotel for our Labrador. The approach road and parking in front weren't great, probably because it was raining and everything around was slushy. When we parked, the staff promptly came to receive us, and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome drink. The rooms are basic rather than lavish, but clean and hygienic, and they smelled lovely, probably from the perfume they use. We were amazed to see a specific section for pets on the menu. The staff were very forthcoming and cordial, and we had an amazing time. I hope more hotels like this open across India to cater to people traveling with pets. One suggestion: it would be helpful if the hotel sold pet products and grooming supplies guests could buy.
