The rooms and cafeteria were clean and good, but management quoted us 1200 at first and then asked for 2000 at checkout. That was frustrating. I’m giving one star because of the price misrepresentation and the lack of service.

The staff are arrogant, cleaning isn’t done properly, and the AC doesn’t work. Please don’t stay here.

The attendant was very rude and didn’t speak to us properly. There were bedbugs in the blankets.

I didn’t misbehave, but the night receptionist didn’t know how to deal with a customer and had no manners when speaking to me. She was extremely arrogant, as though customers were staying for free. When I posted feedback about the staff on Google, the day manager spoke to me very disrespectfully and said I couldn’t leave that kind of feedback. I still feel the staff here are damaging the hotel’s reputation.
