Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre

From arrival through checkout, my stay at Novotel Jaipur felt completely smooth and satisfying. The whole property had such a warm, positive feel because of the staff. The front desk welcomed me, restaurant staff were attentive and efficient, and security were polite and vigilant. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help me feel comfortable, valued, and at home. It was a fantastic stay. Novotel Jaipur will be my first choice when I’m next in the city. Kudos to the management and staff for keeping service standards so high. I’ll definitely visit again.

The food was the biggest highlight for us. Rather than serving loads of bland dishes like many luxury hotels, they offer a thoughtfully chosen selection that’s truly delicious and memorable. Chefs Pranav and Vipin made an unforgettable laal maas treat, and our server Pradip was warm and attentive. Novotel Jaipur is a beautiful new property, with spotless, spacious rooms, but the hospitality is what really makes it special. The whole team put in so much effort, and everyone was exceptionally friendly with the kids. Hanshika gave us thoughtful gifts on arrival and departure, and the children could always get milkshakes, pasta, and fries, prepared with a smile. Shahid, Gaurav, and Nikhil took wonderful care of us. The team’s ratings across platforms are well deserved. This was easily one of the best 5 star stays we’ve had. We’re genuinely impressed and very happy with the memorable visit.

Housekeeping deserves special thanks, especially Vinit and Surender. They surprised us with beautiful room decorations for our anniversary, and their creativity, care, and attention to detail made us feel so valued. Their service was top notch, and it’s a thoughtful gesture we’ll always remember. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping standards stayed excellent throughout. Staff across the hotel were courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, service was warm, professional, and welcoming. Novotel Jaipur made our anniversary stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a great stay in Jaipur.
