We were planning to book for 3 days after seeing the online photos, but the place was a total disappointment. The room was cramped and suffocating, smelled bad, and had no windows or ventilation. The washroom was unclean, there was no water supply, and the staff weren't supportive. The bed and pillow were in bad shape too. One of the worst places we’ve ever visited. If minus ratings were possible, I’d give one. Not recommended at all.

The service was poor, the rooms weren't clean, and the staff didn't respond. I was very disappointed and had an unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If I could give a negative rating, I would, instead of even one star.

The rooms are in very bad shape, and there’s no proper service. Water supply wasn’t regular, the geyser wasn’t working, and the bathrooms smelled terrible. Even the bedsheets were dirty.

At about 2 AM, we arrived at Nanus Hotel, Jaipur and were treated like an inconvenience. The man working then spoke rudely and used foul language. Whatever the hour, guests shouldn't be spoken to that way. It was disgraceful, and I’d tell people to avoid this place.

Don’t go here. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bedsheets and blankets were dirty and smelled bad. Staff offered no help, and after I’d booked online they asked for more money. Save yours.
