OYO 15917 Moon Stone

I saw the waiter put his hand into the Lassi to remove an insect, then serve it to another customer. The kitchen wasn't clean, and breakfast was just one paratta. There were insects everywhere, garbage left outside the rooms, and no toilet kit. The rugs and bath towels were dirty and torn. When I told the room boy, he said there was nothing they could do if rats ate the clothes. I've never stayed in a room this dirty, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money booking here.

The terrace view was amazing, probably the one good thing about this place. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of budget hotels, but this was the worst. The washroom smelled awful, the commode had no water supply, and breakfast came with complimentary mosquitoes and flies. The staff were irresponsible.

The staff shouting loudly at night and drinking made the stay uncomfortable. There were no proper facilities, and they didn’t provide an OYO kit. Food was very poor, and the restaurant stopped serving after 10:30. We booked two days but left after just one. Don’t stay here just because it’s across from Amber fort, you may end up dealing with the same problems.

I got a room at an affordable price and wasn’t hit with any extra hidden charges. The service was great, and they even let me stay past 30 hours without asking me to vacate. I’d recommend giving it a visit.
