OYO 16940 Hotel Royal Murli

Breakfast timing was all over the place, sometimes it arrived by 9 am and other times it took until 11. The receptionist also seemed to think anyone working for a software MNC was a customer care executive who just answers phone calls. I booked through OYO and arrived at midnight, with my room booked for that day too, but there was no room available. They put me up temporarily until morning. Hot water was available on the first floor, but not on the second. Service was practically nonexistent. You could wait ages for anything, while the receptionist kept saying it would arrive in 5-10 minutes, then asking if it had arrived because he said he'd sent it a long time ago. I heard the same replies given to other guests while I was sleeping near reception during the temporary arrangement. There was only one housekeeper for nearly 20 rooms, so it seemed impossible to serve everyone, and in the end no one got served.
