The fan, AC, and TV weren't working, and the door lock didn't work properly. The hotel worker also charged me extra even though my booking price was lower. I wouldn't recommend this place to couples or families.

I had a really good stay at hotel monark in Jaipur. I liked it, especially for the low price.

I paid ₹638 through oyo, but when I arrived they said the room wasn't a dormitory and wouldn't check me in easily because the price was low. I had to wait there for over an hour even though I'd already paid. That was insulting, and getting a refund through oyo is very tricky. The reception attendant was arrogant and had a bad attitude, and the manager wasn't polite either. Avoid booking through oyo if you get a very low price.

We booked one night for three people at Townhouse 998 Hotel Monarch, and the stay was a mess. The AC wasn't working in the Jaipur heat, and water dripped from it. The washroom wasn't clean, there were mosquitoes, and staff didn't respond when we asked them to deal with it. The fan was fixed to turn anti-clockwise, so it wasn't running at full strength. We asked to move rooms or get a 50% refund, since we'd only been checked in for three hours when the problems started. After several requests, they changed our room, but the same issues came back. The AC stopped again after 5-6 hours, leaving us right back where we started. Worst experience ever. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
