We stayed from 2-Sep-2023 to 4-Sep-2023, and it was a calm, pleasant visit for me and my family. I was worried after reading some mixed reviews, so I called the owner using the number on Google. He assured me they’d provide the service they promised, and they did. This is a decent mid-budget hotel, with rooms that were spacious, clean, and up to standard. It’s a good fit for a family, though anyone expecting a very lavish stay may want something else. The railway station is 200 M away, and it’s easy to get to City palace, Amer fort, Nahargarh, and Jaigarh fort. The rooftop restaurant was decent both for its atmosphere and prices. We were delighted with our stay, and I’d recommend it.

The family room I booked was tiny, with no windows for fresh air, and both the room and bathroom were very dirty. We waited two hours because the room wasn’t ready on time. Staff behavior was rude, and the owner was rude too. He was a liar and charged extra at checkout. I’d avoid this hotel and wouldn’t trust the positive reviews blindly. There are better places available. Don’t take a shopping cab from the hotel staff either, they take you to shops where they get a commission.

It’s an affordable place, and for what you pay, I think it’s fine. The restaurant food is tasty, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Krishna, a driver who works here, has a good heart and can help you with anything you need in jaipur. I’ve seen the bad reviews, but I don’t think the good ones are fake. People have different standards and perceptions. This place worked well for me on a budget.
