The hospital was clean and well maintained, with advanced equipment that helped us feel safe throughout the process. I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Ankit mathur for the care during the open heart surgery. He’s one of the best heart surgeons. Thanks as well to Somna mam, the supportive staff, OT, and ICU for all their help and cooperation.

It felt like a dharmshala and was badly maintained. There was no cleaning, the water supply was short, and we had electrical problems too. A terrible experience.

The room felt so gloomy and run down, with broken doors, a nonworking bathroom light, and a broken geyser. There was even a single drop of water on the switchboard, which made me worry everything could catch fire. The website photos were fake, and even reviews giving five stars shouldn't be trusted. This hotel is that bad.

The average dishes were the daal and vegetables, which could both use improvement. I also had some standouts at Hotel Gitanjali restaurant: the paneer tikka starter was flavorful and well made, the kalakand was delicious, and the tea was exceptional and refreshing. The meal as a whole was average.

The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff made us feel comfortable. The location worked perfectly for us.
