Trimrooms Mount Blue

I spent two days here, from 29.01.2026 to 30.01.2026, and had no complaints. The room was clean and great, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. I’d choose this hotel for a trip without hesitation.

The room itself was neat, with a kettle, coffee powder, milk powder, tea bags, and sugar, but no cups. Two water bottles were included, though none had been left in the room before we arrived. When I asked for them later, they came without glasses again. I ended up using a tea cup to give my daughter water. The morning buffet was okay, but the service wasn’t good. Dinner was worse. After ordering from the room, I went to the restaurant and found the food already left on the table before I arrived. No one stayed to ask if I needed help. I got an extra plate myself from the buffet counter, even though the buffet wasn’t open, and had to get a water bottle from staff, again without a glass. The building is fine, and the stay was still value for money, but service needs work. Room 204, 24-01-2206 to 26-01-2026.

The location was great, and our two-night stay at Trimrooms Mount Blue was good value. Poonam stood out for being so attentive and going out of her way to make us comfortable. She took thoughtful care of our infant’s needs, including his food. The food was nice, though the breakfast buffet was simple. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and two small water bottles a day didn’t feel like enough. Even with those drawbacks, I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable Jaipur stay.

The service was cheap in quality, especially room service, and the staff seemed unprofessional. The television also didn’t work properly. This hotel is very costly for the service it provides. I wouldn’t go back. Why charge so much if the service isn’t there?
