There’s a furniture shop in the hotel basement, and I’d avoid buying anything there. The bed and furniture they sell are cheap quality and defective. They promised a 10-year on-site warranty on the bill, but the furniture broke just 3 days after I bought it. When I asked for repairs and a warranty claim, they refused and said they couldn’t repair it. Pathetic service. Beware, they’re cheats who are experts at fooling customers.

The staff were unprofessional, and nobody seemed responsible for making guests comfortable. My room was dusty and unclean, with very unhygienic old bedsheets and pillows. It’s garbage, not a hotel. Never visit a place like this.

It was embarrassing to stay here. The walls were dirty and unhygienic, the washrooms were too small, and warm water was restricted to the morning. The first time I stayed in an OYO room may also be my last. Shame on OYO for registering hotels like this. It isn’t worth even one night.

There are only six rooms, and they lacked basic amenities and proper hygiene. I didn't like staying here and wouldn't recommend it. Does OYO support hotels like this?
