The room had bugs, broken lights, and a broken spring bed, and the washroom was dirtier than a train toilet. Buses honked all night because of the bad location. Nobody offered help, and the receptionist behaved badly and charged an unfair price. The place felt scary and unsafe. Avoid this hotel at any cost, it feels like a scam.

The location is close to the railway station, and the local food we tried at the hotel tasted good. Room service was nice, too. Our room was very good, well maintained, and had all the amenities you'd expect in this price range. Booking through the Oyo app can get you a very good deal.

The only decent thing is the reception entrance, which made the hotel look good at first. I got fooled by that, but nothing else was good. The receptionist was rude and didn't address our problems. Anand Sharma took the check-in payment through an online app, but when I asked for a bill at checkout, another receptionist said he'd send it on WhatsApp. I still haven't received it, so it feels like they're earning illegally. Credit cards aren't accepted. The staff were drunk and smelled awful, and the surroundings reeked of alcohol too. The TV didn't work, and when I complained, they were extremely slow to respond. I paid for service and shouldn't have been treated that way. There's no parking either. Don't visit unless you want to waste your money.
