I was staying there for my exam, but this so-called hotel ruined everything. The long power cuts were awful, and there was no sanitation, toiletries, or bottled water. It made me realize what these rooms are used for. Worst experience I’ve had with this OYO so far. If I could, I’d give it -5.

I paid in advance for a booking, but when I reached the hotel there were no rooms available. The listing showed A/C as an amenity, but the room actually had no A/C. The service was the worst, and I’m giving one star only because there’s no option for zero. Worst OYO service.

The staff misbehaved, and my online booking wasn’t accepted. I’d booked the room on the OYO Application for ₹670, but they charged me ₹1200 for the same room. A very bad experience with this hotel.

The room and washroom weren’t clean, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I had a very bad experience. Don’t book this place under any circumstances.

The hotel in Kukas was a terrible experience. The owner was rude to customers, and the staff were awful.
