OYO 7794 Hotel Raghukul

It's a little outside the city, right on the main road, with a fairly spacious room. The front desk staff were cheerful and polite, and they agreed to look after my bags for a while after checkout. Room upkeep was average, but fine for the rent. The complimentary Parata breakfast was OK. A reasonable place for a short stopover in this part of town.

The only real plus is the location near Sanganer airport. The hotel's upkeep is shabby, and the room I got was dirty, with neglected furniture, a torn and dirty bedsheet, and a bathroom that didn't work properly. Housekeeping cleaned it, but the toilet still stank, and the geyser didn't work. There's no breakfast or food available in-house, and staff didn't arrange any. For food, you'll need to check Google for local stalls or nearby restaurants. They moved us to a slightly larger room with a working geyser after we complained, then charged extra, saying it was a family room with an extra bed that we hadn't asked for. The staff are polite but slow to respond and seem lost. The free Wi-Fi was so frustratingly slow that I wouldn't rely on it as my only internet. I've stayed at other OYO hotels with much better facilities and service for similar prices. I wouldn't recommend this one.

I'm not sure what their usual operations are, but my stay showed a few things. The towels were old, and the taps ran dry in the morning. Breakfast had to arrive on time, otherwise nothing comes free in this world. The owner was nice to chat with briefly.

The place was clean, though hygiene and presentation still need a lot of work. Breakfast hadn't arrived by 8:20, even though it was meant to be served at 8. I was supposed to leave by 7.
