The restaurant had a great range of delicious food, and the location was easy to reach for either business or leisure. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had modern amenities. Staff were professional and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I had a relaxing, comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for good service.

It was a horrible hotel experience. The place isn't clean, and the whole night there were creepy vibes. On the second floor especially, you can hear sounds that are scary. Think twice, and look through the other reviews too.

I paid 2500 rupees for their best room, but it was dirty, with an unclean bedspread and very hard mattresses and pillows that made it impossible for me to sleep. The room also smelled bad, the TV didn't work, and when I asked for air freshener, the staff didn't respond. They charge even for regular water, and there were no facilities. The receptionist spoke badly to clients and looked at women in a dirty way. He also spoke poorly to the hotel staff, and their behavior wasn't good. Don't waste your time or money here.

Everything was okay apart from the lunch hours, which run from 3 to 7, a four-hour window. Otherwise, it's an all-win hotel with nothing missing.
