We booked four rooms, and every one had some issue. There were problems with taps, geysers and doors that wouldn't close, and we eventually had to switch one room. The caretaker was very cooperative, but the hotel's amenities and condition let him down. It felt like an average OYO stay, and I'd avoid it if another option is available.

I booked a room for my driver at 520/-. At reception, they asked for 800/- a night. I showed the booking details, and after the person there called OYO, the staff said that room wasn't available for 520/-. I ended up paying 800/- for my driver.

I paid online for a room, but when I arrived they said they weren't accepting online bookings at that time. Customer care told me to sort it out with the booking platform, whether MakeMyTrip, trivago or another one. You could lose your money this way. It feels totally fraudulent.

They insist you pay at the counter and won't accept online bookings. If someone walks in, they raise the rates. The owner seems greedy, and there's nothing provided in the room, so you have to ask them for everything. The worst experience I've had.

The hotel staff denied taking any Oyo order, and the Oyo representative didn't respond. Don't book here, you could lose both your money and your convenience.
